Ian Jones acquired Warrant Group in 2011 after he joined the business in 1996. Leading the business through an extensive period of change, Ian’s ‘can do’ entrepreneurial spirit has seen Warrant Group go from strength to strength with investments in technology, its network of overseas partners and its people. With a passionate belief in being the natural supply chain partner of choice, Ian leads a dedicated, experienced and proven team.
Ian is married with two children and enjoys playing golf and supporting Liverpool Football Club.
Iain joined Warrant Group in 2015 with excellent industry credentials and a career spanning four decades. He manages the company's airfreight proposition from strategy and development to implementation and execution.
Iain works closely with Warrant Group's network of overseas partners and is a firm advocate of the company's strong, customer-focused approach and its commitment to delivering excellent airfreight solutions as part of robust supply chain solutions.
During his free time, Iain is a keen cyclist and has two children.
Breaking down technical barriers and challenging the way that things have always been done is at the heart of David Roff’s role.
He joined the business in 2001 and was made a Director ten years later during which time he has spearheaded technical innovation to pioneer electronic data links for the benefit of clients and the industry.
Warrant Group’s technology platform, the Ingot Portal, which enables clients to benefit from full purchase order/SKU visibility to track goods worldwide, has delivered proven results and continues to be a central part of the Warrant Group’s solutions based approach.
David works closely with clients to manage complex scenarios and is a firm believer in encouraging stakeholders to embrace the journey to ensure full adoption and realisation.
As well as his client focused work, David is also currently involved in a cross-industry EU funded project led by HMRC to set new international standards for data exchange. Working with One Government at the Border, David is involved in setting the future landscape for customs clearance worldwide.
He is married with two children and enjoys boxing, judo and mountain biking.

As Business Development Director, Andy is responsible for driving the company's growth aspirations through a bespoke, solutions-based approach.
With more than 30 years experience, he is an end-to-end supply chain specialist, best practice champion and KPI developer with an entrepreneurial approach to getting things done.
Andy leads a dedicated team of Corporate Development Managers and is a strong advocate of driving technology to meet increasingly complex supply chain landscapes.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and his passion and enthusiasm for the industry is well known
Andy has been a guest lecturer at the University of Manchester on fashion logistics and international retail logistics. He’s also an active member of the CILT in the North West.
Outside work, Andy loves live rock music, coffee and chocolate.
A Chartered Accountant with a comprehensive understanding of the logistics sector, Lynsey is a highly skilled and experienced practitioner.
She holds a first class degree in Accountancy and ACA and took the position of Finance Director at Warrant Group in 2011, just 16 months after joining the company.
She studied accountancy at University of Liverpool and completed her training with DSG Accountants.
Lynsey is highly skilled in all areas of corporate finance including Working Capital Management, Financial Reporting and Financial Accounting.
Outside work, Lynsey is a passionate supporter of Liverpool FC and is married with three children.
Trade Sales Business Development Manager
After joining Warrant Group in 2000, John now draws on over 16 years’ experience in the logistics industry to manage Warrant Group’s international partner network.
With an extensive in depth knowledge of the international trade, John’s team assists customers with a solution-based approach to importing and exporting as well as developing trade lanes and new business opportunities around the globe.
As Manager of the Trade Sales Department, John is the first point of contact for Warrant Group’s overseas partners in South America, the America`s, the Middle East, the Indian sub-continent, Asia and Oceania.
John’s role champions the 'local hero' ethos of using the best partners around the world and see’s him travel extensively promoting the true value of smart partnerships.
John is a keen supporter of Liverpool FC and enjoys spending his free time with his family.
